Your order number and email open your client portal, where everything lives from then on. Every order is for one service only: a YouTube order (its number starts VS-YT-) and a Facebook order (VS-FB-) are kept completely separate — own number, own portal, own payments. If you want both services, you place two separate orders.

Yes — 100%. On YouTube, the channel and the AdSense account are created in your name, and revenue is paid to you; we work as managers and never ask for your password. On Facebook, the Page is created for you and you hold full ownership of it — we work on it as admins at your direction. Either way, we never take a cut of your earnings.

No single big payment — starting costs $49 one-time — and that $49 is Milestone 1 of your order, counted inside your package total: it begins your order and gets you your niche setup + trailer, and the first package milestone is reduced by that $49. After Milestone 1, your first month is split into three smaller milestones: getting started, production underway, and on delivery. On the YouTube Launch package the three milestones are $350 + $400 + $400 — with Milestone 1, exactly $1,199 in total, with setup included and nothing extra added on top — and they run on a fixed 15-day timeline: Day 1, by day 8, and by day 15, when your full first month is delivered. When a milestone is due, your portal shows a simple “How to pay” box on that milestone with the exact amount and one-tap payment options. You pay, tap “I've paid this”, and we verify it — you'll see a Verified badge with the date.

No — you need nothing special. No business account, no LLC, no company card. When a milestone is due, open your client portal → Payments: you'll see the exact amount and easy options (PayPal and Wise — you can pay with your normal personal card or bank, as an individual). Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it fast, then tap “I've paid this” in the portal. That's it — about 2 minutes. We never ask for your card details on this site, and you never pay the full amount at once — only one small milestone at a time, after you've seen the work.

For YouTube you get: (1) Channel Niche Setup — we research and set your niche, channel direction, content topics and branding direction; and (2) a Channel Trailer — a short professional trailer that presents your channel and shows you our voice, style and editing quality. For Facebook you get the same for your Page: Page Niche Setup + a Page Trailer. We never take card details on this site — a $49 PayPal / Wise payment link is sent right after your order. After you order, we confirm personally and deliver the Starter Pack in your portal before any package milestone payment is due. If you like it, you say “go ahead” and the first payment milestone starts. If you don't, you stop there and keep the niche setup + trailer — no milestone ever starts. The $49 is Milestone 1 of your order: it counts inside your package total, and the first package milestone is reduced by that $49 — so all four milestones together come to exactly your package total.

No — and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we guarantee is the work: the videos agreed in your package, made properly and published on schedule. If we ever miss agreed volume, it's credited forward. Growth depends on the niche and the audience; nobody honest can promise it.
